DaroFrame is a free service — use it to display your own Google Photos
Don't use it to display content you don't own or have rights to

You can delete your account at any time
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DaroFrame ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of daroframe.ikarauok.com.

2. Description of Service

DaroFrame is a free web application that connects to your Google Photos library and displays your photos and videos as a slideshow on any browser-enabled device, such as a Facebook Portal, smart TV, tablet, or computer. The Service is operated by Daron Gma as a personal, non-commercial project.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DaroFrame. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Your Account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your DaroFrame account.
You must notify us immediately at darongma@yahoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DaroFrame only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

Display content that you do not own or have the right to display
Display illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful content
Attempt to access other users' accounts, photos, or frame URLs
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the Service
Use automated tools to create accounts or access the Service at scale
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Attempt to guess or enumerate other users' frame tokens

6. Google Photos and Third-Party Services

DaroFrame accesses your Google Photos library on your behalf using Google's official API. Your use of Google Photos is governed by Google's Terms of Service. DaroFrame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

The Service also uses Open-Meteo for weather data and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for location names. These are independent services with their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your photos and videos. DaroFrame does not claim any ownership over your content. You grant DaroFrame a limited, revocable license to access and display your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The DaroFrame name, logo, and software code are the property of Daron Gma. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the DaroFrame codebase without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully — it explains exactly what data we collect and how we handle it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DaroFrame is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers
Any data stored in connection with the Service will not be lost

This is a free, personal project. We do our best but cannot guarantee production-level uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daron Gma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos access, or device issues.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed zero dollars, as DaroFrame is provided free of charge.

11. Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, use the option in your dashboard or contact us at darongma@yahoo.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DaroFrame after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
